Ready to Schedule your Birthday Party?

Please allow 2-3 weeks' notice to ensure availability of space, resources and a specially trained teacher.

PLEASE NOTE: Completion of this form does NOT confirm your Birthday Party. A representative from HSMO's Education Department will contact you to confirm all details.

At this time, Education Programs take place at HSMO's Macklind Ave. Headquarters ONLY. 1201 Macklind Ave., St. Louis, MO 63011 (Across from the Zoo and next to the Science Center). A party costs $200 and includes up to 15 children (minimum age 6 is years old). Decorations included. Optional: you may bring b-day treats & paper products if you wish.
